Some videos and other external resources cannot be embedded into eSchoolware. Instead, they require that the end user opens the resource in a new window or tab. You'll see a message at the top of the screen that says:

        "The area below is intended to serve only as a preview for this external link. If you experience any issues, please use the Open New Window button above."

What should I do?

To access the content outside of eSchoolware, click the Open in New Window button.

If that doesn't work either, don't worry! Just email support@HarrisDigitalLearning.com and our Support team will fix the problem or replace the content with something new.
