July 27, 2025 – Software Release Summary

🔧 New Features & Enhancements:

• Lesson & Assessment Customization (DO-6197, DO-6575–6577):
  Teachers can now disable individual lessons or assessments at the section level via Gradebook Manage Items. All items are enabled by default.
• Minimum Engagement Timer (DO-7785, DO-8631–8636, DO-8685):
  Institution admins can require students to spend a set amount of time on learning objects before “Next” or “Done” buttons become active.
• New User Creation (DO-9788 / ZD-7019):
  Required fields are now clearly marked with a red asterisk (*).
• Disable Copy/Paste in Assessments (DO-8628 / DO-8629 / ZD-8630):
  Copy/paste and related functions are now blocked in essay/short answer fields. Students must type manually or upload attachments.

🐞 Bug Fixes:

• Diagnostic Test Exemptions (DO-8487 / ZD-6892):
  Fixed an issue where earned exemptions weren't properly displayed in the gradebook.
• Advisor Summary Window (DO-8529 / ZD-6898, ZD-6925):
  Fixed missing diagnostic/progress test info from the Advisor home screen.
